Are you the type of person that is constantly doing favors for other people and never get the time to really do something for yourself? Sure, there are people out there that need a helping hand but don’t let anyone fool you. Some people will notice and take advantage of what a giving person you are and use it against you. This compromises your time and energy, leaving you drained and stressed. In these cases, it’s ok to say “no” – and it’s a skill worth learning! You have to set some time for yourself and your wellbeing. You deserve it! Spend time with friends. Read a book. Make a day of pampering. Get your hair, manicure, and pedicure done, then finish off with a massage! Massage therapy is a GREAT way to start caring for yourself, and as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have seen the results firsthand in my clients.
